Connie R. Burke
Connie has lived in Lancaster County all her life, raising her family and building her career in the community she serves. With more than 35 years of real estate experience, she leads The Connie R. Burke Team across Lancaster, York, and Lebanon Counties. She knows the area through daily life as well as decades of helping neighbors buy and sell homes.
Connie believes people need clear information to make a good decision. She listens closely, explains the options, and brings knowledgeable strategy and genuine care to each move. Her clients include first-time buyers, veterans, relocating families, move-up buyers, investors, and sellers. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), she has specialized training to help clients age 50 and older navigate downsizing, relocation, estate sales, and other important transitions with patience and respect.
Connie’s business has grown primarily through repeat clients and referrals. She pairs that personal trust with a growing team: Loran L. Myers, Binita Moktan, and Sonia Sehra bring enhanced photography and marketing, additional language support, fresh ideas, and greater availability to serve buyers and sellers.
Her leadership also reaches beyond her own clients. Connie is a five-time graduate of Keller Williams BOLD, has served on the Agent Leadership Council, and has coached newer agents as a Productivity Coach. In 2016, she introduced her broker-owner, Kevin, to Keller Williams. In 2019, she established a Pre-License Study Group to help aspiring professionals prepare for the Pennsylvania licensing exam and enter the field ready to serve buyers and sellers.
Her work reflects the Keller Williams principle of “God, family, then business.” Connie values relationships first and wants every client to feel informed, supported, and confident about what comes next.
Loran L. Myers
Loran is a Lancaster County REALTOR® passionate about helping people navigate one of life’s biggest milestones: finding a place to call home. Her background in real estate settlement coordination, photography, and client service brings attention to detail, organization, and genuine care to every step.
She has called Lancaster County home since 2014 and loves helping others discover what makes the area special. Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for your next chapter, or preparing to sell, Loran brings honest communication and personalized service to the process.
As a real estate photographer, she has an eye for composition and highlighting a home’s best features. Outside of work, she enjoys local coffee shops, concerts with her husband, time with her three Shih Tzus, beach getaways, and decorating her home for Halloween and Christmas.
For Loran, real estate is about relationships, opportunity, and helping people feel confident in their decisions.
Sonia Sehra
Sonia directs residential property acquisitions exclusively for a private multifamily investment group whose portfolio includes businesses in home care and intellectual and developmental disability services.
Before real estate, she spent more than 20 years in financial services in the Chicago and New York metropolitan areas. Her work has included business and risk management, program and project management, process improvement, and consulting.
Sonia earned a BA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and lives outside Philadelphia with her family.
